Sydney, Australia

Sydney is Australia's largest city, which is the number one tourist destination in the country. It offers a multitude of sights such as the famous Opera House and distinctive Harbour Bridge of course. You can travel back in time with a visit to Sydney’s oldest centre – The Rocks. Take a city tour to take in Sydney Tower, Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Bask on Bondi Beach for a dose of sun, sea and sand. Or travel a little further afield for a glimpse of the Aussie wildlife and views of the Blue Mountains.

Isle of Pines

The waters off the Isle of Pines must really 'wash whitest' because the sands of the Isle's Kato Bay will impress any visitor with its white, white, talcum-like beach. The Isle of Pines is part of New Caledonia and is situated 50km south east of the mainland. The tall narrow pine trees are a feature of this 17km long island.

Mystery Island

This small, uninhabited island is one of the most southern of the Vanuatu group. Mystery Island was used as a World War II landing strip for the allied forces. There is now absolutely no tourism development except for the occasional visit by our ship. There are no roads, no shops and no stress!

Port Vila

The setting for James Michener’s “Tales of the South Pacific”, and a U.S. base during WWII, there are said to be 130 distinctly different cultures and languages on the island of Vanuatu. English and French dominate, while fabulous beaches and the natural harbor of Port Vila, the capital, are beautiful in any language. Don’t be surprised if the friendly Melanesian people invite you to share a “kava” – a local brew.

Lifou is the largest coral atoll in the Loyalty archipelago. Lifou has the wonderful charm of an island that has managed to preserve its own traditional Kanak culture. You'll stand there awestruck in front of all of its breathtakingly beautiful views. Lifou is special in that it has a number of diversified landscapes; the northern coast of the island is made up of high, steep cliffs, whilst the southern side has pristine white sand beaches with stunning turquoise waters.
